The flamethrower joke: Normally the pyro, aka the class with the flamethrower, attempts to burn their own teammates to check if any of them are disguised as spies. Thats why they turned into TF2 spies when they got burned. Also the move poltergeist is a parody of a scene from the movie poltergeist.
