Putting a "Rattlesnake" on Conan's desk at the 13:05 mark, was "funny", and very "dangerous"! I would have never stayed seated being this close to one. I am from the South where Rattlers are plentiful. I totally respect them at all times. They love to bite just for fun. What most people don't realize is to stay calm! WEAR a knee high set of Snake Bite Proof Rubber Boots as the Rattlesnake cannot bite near your knee area. Usually they bite a few inches above your ankles and lower. DON'T FALL down! The same goes for Cottonmouths, Copperheads and most other poisonous snakes. Yes, this is my favorite part of this video. PS: Then right after the Rattlesnake take, they bring out a Kangaroo out, and it happens to be the middle of their mating season!!!! These animals will hurt you badly! Poor Conan!

JOHNNY CARSON'S CLIPS ARE GREAT!

The best Carson clips are when Buddy Rich {you know, the world famous drummer} was a guest. Johnny Carson was a drummer so it was a different kind of connection going on. That said, Buddy had a very centered mind set ~ himself ~ so I didn't find him so funny; nor did I appreciate the way he "carried himself"on camera. Dragging a dead horse a bit further thru a ghost town now I actually prefer Craig Ferguson. The show didn't knock it out of the park all the time that's for sure. Especially having read his autobiography, what a great thing to read about. I strongly encourage people to put it on their nightstand sometime. He's lived quite a interesting life, the road to late late show talk host, how do these these happen. Gave me more respect for Craig than I can express. And he said to a guest (singer for the band Garbage, but whatever) "I have special powers and you know why? I'm an American." Blew me away as you could tell he wasn't trying to goof on America. Have you seen his tattoos? Where he has them so he can show people with ease? Something else I've never liked Conan's style so much but there's funny stuff going on just the same. I certainly enjoyed this compilation and watched it til the end. I perceive the people who own this channel are decent and making an attempt to crack that nut and manifest the American Dream, if only for their own 15 minutes of quiet fame. I wish them luck and hope they and you see some dreams come true. See you on the other side......
