Lololol. Try eating only to like 80% full each meal, then not eating after 4pm. Do that for a week. Also try to have a fixed sleep schedule of 8 hours a day.

Yeah, I agree. The last one was a little too much. I honestly don't think people should joke about those kinds of things because, while they might be laughing, the victims are hurting. I mean, I'm not trying to be dramatic or anything, but I think it's best to avoid turning topics like that into comedy.

You have the idea that you are stupid, violent, ignorant and that you are doomed to achieve nothing more than being paid a lot of money by a richer, better person (athlete working for a team owner, musician working for a music exec) AT BEST, forced on you throughout your childhood... it shifts your horizons. It's bullshit, but it gets in there and has an effect. Especially when it's reinforced by the culture you live in.
