Fish wings- I’m a chef boys😂 we call them fish collars, we cool them for staff meal all the time after we fillet the fish for the restaurant. The ones you cooked on the barbie looked nice as, loved the vid and can’t wait for the next one

Can't believe you never had fish wings before. But then again you have to catch fish to have them 😂😂😂😂. You were so lucky with the weather. Did you throw a balloon off the cliff at all. Swimming with Manta Rays is pretty cool. But maybe not there, in that sharky water.... Cheers Mark...

Loving this series so far mate, nice to see you guys get on to some good fish, inspires me to actually get my line wet when I get up there, what are those mozzie candles you've got there, I like that they create a bit of ambience when there's no fire going. cheers

Great video guys!! Looking forward to your current trip videos! BTW that weber has something wrong with it, shouldn't be yellow flame. Get your self a new regulator

That Steep Point area is so beautiful and still remote enough to keep the hoards away, for now. (I've seen a youtube clip where a couple of numpties towed their big vans out there which can only mean more will try) I'm really enjoying this series Cam because I couldn't get there this year. Camping vicariously through the Wild Touring channel!

Bloody awesome! Loved it. We were up there last holidays with friends. An amazing place. Absolutely loved it. The fishing had turned off, but friendships, outdoors, exploration and a few good drinks makes up for the lack of fish. Keep up the good work.

Hi Cam I made the Mango Cocktail for my wife with white rum it wasn't bad however the next one I made with Malibu Rum and with the coconut in the Rum it lifted it to a new level. You need to try it.

Great episode Cam A bit of safety advice, you need at least 5m of anchor chain, if you have engine failure near those cliffs you will want your anchor to hold

I expect Tiff Wild, Wild Touring realises that as soon as you get home you’re going to be buying a new toy so she won’t be too upset by you smashing the go pro. Try putting ice in the blender with the mango daiquiri

Hi Cam, just a question about the set ups in the wagons and dual cab utes with tub canopies. As in the drawer/storage systems your mates run. What they are, why, do they recommend anyone to do them etc?

Yeah mate I painted it that colour - had been doing really well until we turned it right up to full temp to cook the fish wings and forgot about it…now it’s a dark shade of green 😂

Hey mate, enjoyed the vid, might be a dumb question but just wondering in terms of when ur camping there, do you need a chemical toilet or is it a case of dig a hole away from camp? Would love to get up there next year

@@tobywoods7938 also to book those came sites you need to do it at midnight, 6mths before your date, not a minute longer, that’s how quick they get booked

I was actually looking at that the other night and thought I would have to be super organised to get a camp site, so it seems you can choose what campsite they put you at? Also are the campsites off limits to other campers? Like you don’t get people driving through ur campsite to go fishing or something?
