bro but if its a bit higher lvl it last around the same time and remeber that it takes three seconds to charge up so u can be shooting with the pump and then when it start u activate it just try pls

abilities and special weapons will never be allowed in competitive. Abilities take zero skill and competitive is about skill gameplay. That's a terrible idea for comp

Yes because you actually build, edit, and take fights. Abilities that do the work for you takes no skill.
