I got a valid concern about this and realized I didn’t explain this point fully, at the part where I talk about the new drop system making the supply “bubble up” I was making a comparison to the drop system we had for a majority of CSGO’s lifespan. Because, technically, we did have the guaranteed drop system update near the end of CSGO before we transitioned into CS2, I wasn’t talking about that period of time, I was comparing the supply drops from current-day CS2 to the supply drop system we had in CSGO for most of its lifespan, where cases weren’t guaranteed.

Very Valid points, and I gotta say, Chroma 2 might be one of my fav cases, so it'd make sense as an investment. Good Job Nalo!

Whats your thoughts on Danger Zone Case? im new to trying a small investment ($100) with left over steam wallet funds and just wondering if this could be a good starting point at $1 Cad for Assimov AK and decent knives?

what about the shadow case? It has 2 good red skins a decent budget pink AK and is cheap case overall.

Great red tier! Main issue with shadow for me is the knives. We’ve seen from cases on the upper end of the knife spectrum (ie. Riptide and Dreams and Nightmares) that people really care about the knives in a case and their prices reflect that, since shadow drops shadow daggers, it’s definitely on the lower end.

how much have you made investing in cs ?

My best investment was around a 12,000% return on dignitas Col14 holos. Total made is hard to say exactly but my storage accounts were valued at $153k at their peak. Those accounts started with $600 in 2014, and they were liquidated into liquid skins instead of investments when I started KZfaq, so that I don’t manipulate anything that I own.

I personally prefer the skins in Prisma 2 over the Prisma case. Do you think there is some difference between their investment potential? Also would you consider CS20 case a good investment right now?

I like the prospects of CS20, the wildfire is a great red that many consider the best awp skin. Classic knives haven’t yet been re-released and it may be the only case that ever drops them, especially considering they just added the kukri. Other than those things though, the CS20 case is kinda lacking. P2 is far from bad, but at least from my research it seems that the skins it has aren’t as in-demand as P1

I think that depends on how motivated the devs are with releasing consistent updates. We’ve definitely had market lulls that were contingent on the developers essentially abandoning the game entirely for a few months/year. Plus, looking at a game like TF2 where it’s pretty much been abandoned entirely, I would say it’s theoretically possible. Another thing that could do it is a change to drops or cases that makes them more widely available.

not 10 cents but around there. There are just so many player nowadays meaning way more drops. I'd say maybe in a few years time.
