I think you missed one more big one which is the Camp Nou renovations. The Montjuic is smaller and supposedly tickets sales have been down especially by season ticket holders because people have been reluctant cause the traffic is hell in that area of Barcelona.

Barca is far from doomed, love it or hate it, Barca is a huge name and brand, and there are still players that would choose to play for Barca rather than cash out in oil clubs (same goes for RM, almost everyone dreams to play for these two clubs), first of all there are bunch of deals incoming that will generate loads of money, and secondly Barca has got so much young talented players that are already showing world class play, but are still far from their prime, new Barca era is coming pretty soon, maybe even in this coming season, its just that Bartomeu ruined Barca`s finances and at the same time ruined the transition from old players to young players, so Barca didnt have enough quality players during the transition period, there are still some deadwood in the club, but with 1:1 rule it could be fixed this summer.
