The advantage plans should stop giving cash away and gym memberships etc. and cover more procedures which is what patients need, real health care not freebies.

Not for the average senior to gleen information. 34 minutes in and I have not understood one thing other than more people ar enrolling in Medicare advantage. I heard it has huge gaps and wanted to learn more from someone not trying to sell me something. Not gonna happen here. Even for other academeics it does not feel feel like there is any real or useful information. Just summaries of what we already know. Ita a quagmire.

You are so correct it is a quagmire I do not sell insurance, nor do I have any interest but without going into a big dissertation Medicare advantage plan is really affecting senior care in a negative way, especially in small towns, small hospitals, where they’re closing down because of the impact on thenonpayment from Medicare advantage MAYO CLINIC does not accept MAYO Medicare advantage plans, nor do many of the other big university hospitals because they don’t pay they pay for the little stuff so they don’t have to pay for the big stuff
What can Rhode Island learn from other nations about healthcare costs, access, and quality?
