Im not even a hufflepuff but i just fell in love with your channel. but the more i watched, the more i found that YOU are the reason i watch. You are kind funny, totally relatable, and talented. I'd watch anything u post on. But i completely understand about your decision. You get one shot at this life and u have to live it to the fullest. This channel is but one brick on your pathway of life. So do whats best for yourself and what will bring u happiness. I totally understand where you're coming from but I have to say that I will miss your videos greatly. I have family in England but have been unable to visit in a very long time nor have I been able to do all the Harry Potter activities that are only in England so watching your videos lets me "be there." Thanks for being so honest - it is really interesting listening to reasons as I am sure has been a debate that has been going on for a long time in your head. If you think of it as a job (and it is , even tho it started as a hobby) - it is OK to leave a job or change jobs. You have made the RIGHT decision and you will feel or are feeling a sense of freedom now. Yes at times you will miss and remember the good things but we all know when it is time to leave, just takes some longer to get there because of many different reasons. I totally understand your decision, even though it really surprised me at first! But I get the reasons why, and I appreciate the fact that you're always completely honest with us, as you've always been. I've always admired how you managed to keep up with your KZfaq and Instagram accounts for years because it's really time consuming and the fact that I regularly struggle to keep up with my own small IG account only strengthened this admiration over the years. Anyway, you're absolutely right to take a step back if you feel that it's what's best for you, and even though I'll miss your videos, I'll always be happy to hear from you whenever you'll decide to post a new one, whether it be Potter related or not at all :) Take care and enjoy all your hobbies as much as possible! 💛

I completely get where you are coming from here. I had a break earlier on this year and have come pack kind of part time. KZfaq is more of an afterthought I suppose but still something I want to keep going. I hated feeling pressured or forced to make videos and it was me forcing or pressuring myself to do it. Now I literally just make videos when I want. And juggling KZfaq and a full time job is hard. I think this will be a good thing for you.

You have to do what is right for you. There is a thing called burn out and I think that is what you have been doing. You are in control of your life and if you want to pull back, then do it. You have to please yourself and you need to stop thinking what others want. I was actually thinking the other day that the Harry/Fantastic Beast franchise is going to have it's limit where there are no new movies or merchandise so the KZfaqrs who focus on this will end up dying off due to running out of things to say and do. You need to lead your own life so do it without apology. Hugs!

Completely understand. I LOVE well rounded videos! Your growing up and we all of a certain age have gone through this. You might want to maybe only do a vlogmas! You have to follow your heart. I'm a Harry Potter KZfaq, no where near as big a channel as you have🤣 but it is hard! I enjoy it 100% but you're always thinking, keeping inspired and having ideas all the time, I'm a mum and I work full time, it is hard i understand you completely hun!

Very understandable it has to be hard to constantly churn out content based on one topic. I'd be happy to watch whatever you want to post. The cooking videos were fun. I'd like to see your art (maybe on different subjects too?) daily life...what you like to make to eat, shop, British life, British style, places you love the most in your country...whatever. Favorite books? Knitting videos...whatever. Maybe do a couple of videos a month, make them shorter if you want to, it doesn't matter.

You do whatever you need to do.

The secret to life...is balance. Take your time. Mix it up. We all will like whatever you put out, whenever you want, because it will still have magic.

I always am attracted to YT channels first by the subject, but quickly like the person. If I don't, I quit watching. If I do, you can talk about anything! Alana King started with Harry Potter, but now my favorite content from her is Target shopping vlogs. Abigail's Cup of Tea also diversified. I don't think they lost any subscribers! It really is your personality people tune in for

Yeah I think diversify your page. If harry potter fans dont want to watch a vid then fine. If you need a brake take it hun, if there is no you there is no channel so you need to put you first. I did a big harry potter unhaul after christmas. Mine was because of J.K'S comments on Twitter. I gave away every book set that I was still collecting and kept the finished sets. My nephew was delighted lol. it included my illustrated set but I didn't want to spend loads of money finishing it. I still have some stuff but ill be more careful about what I spend on it. Hope things seem clearer for you soon x

yyou can't milk harry potter videos on the long run, just look at the big harry potter youtubers, they're falling apart. Honestly do whatever you want, you won't grow any more just by staying a hp channel
