Thanks for sharing such valuable knowledge! I really appreciate the time both the Service Design Network Dallas Chapter and the speakers have devoted to share their knowledge. Those involved in Service Design will definitely benefit from your experience. I think, for further conferences, however, it would be more appropriate to send the big questions in advance to the speakers so that they can prepare well enough. For example, the question about making services ethical clearly killed the speakers. Bearing in mind that the whole idea is to share the experts’´ viewpoints, I think nobody will complain against my suggestion. Of course, I am not saying you should share all of your questions with them -surprise is still needed, but the big ones (the questions you show on the screen).
