When the world needed them most, they returned. I’m so happy

I got on an arcade auction mailer list back in the late 90’s/early 2000’s. Begged my dad to take me to one. He finally did. We browsed around, and I quickly realized everything would be pretty expensive. But, the auction starts. EnduroRacer (Sega) is the first game up for auction. Bidding starts...and nobody bids. Crickets. Finally. The auctioneer says to the crowd to make an offer. My dad says “$10.” and...sold. To us, for $10. I was stoked. He grabbed the truck, we picked it up and headed home. On the way home, we stopped at a Burger King for dinner, and I find a $10 bill on the floor. Needless to say, it was a great day. I still have the game. It’s sitting in my parents garage.

Honestly, this show has been one of my favorite shows on KZfaq for many years, please never stop making episodes. I also want to wish you luck on the business and if I ever go through Texas I would love to stop by to grab a beer and play some Trog.

That double quarter pounder story feels like you took it straight from my brain. I get that *sometimes* when that KZfaq money rolls in. But usually it's exactly like Jay says... two McDoubles.

Can't believe you got Pyros! Played Pyros or Wardner back in the 80's at my local video game store a ton. Great arcade game! Wardner on Genesis is a great port.

Not sure how I missed you guys all these years but this popped up in my recommended and I’ve been binging ever since. I haven’t been chasing since the mid 00’s when flea market people started to think they all had solid gold for NES carts, but you guys have definitely helped rekindle my love for the hunt.

Congrats on the Trog arcade cabinet, Jay ! Really happy for you! Great episode and content as always guys! Robocop game cabinet has a real nice gun sound and feeling when you shoot an enemy. Its satisfying. Some games now are just really bland in sound and effects of shooting and hitting a enemy. Good memories of playing at a putt putt mini golf course near my house when I was younger. That and the Simpsons arcade.

I never even heard of Trog. Congrats. I too had Robocop on the ST and I still play it (emulated). After a few days? I became very good at it and could finish it most of the time. I even did a cold start (after years) of the game for my channel (some time ago) and I reached the very end boss but failed. :( I didn't get to play it very much in the arcades as for some reason it was rarely seen. Pyros I remember playing it, especially the treasure chests for some reason. Though I think it was known here as Wardner or something. Road Riot 4WD looks like a sequel to Buggy Boy or something. :) THANK YOU!!!! Thank you you are the only other persons (than me) that comes out and say it. Altered Beast SUCKS. Thanks for this video. It helps with the mood to see you guys again doing this.

love how your getting into arcade cabs, (not that I know much) but I went to some great arcades in Japan and if your ever in Russia there's these 2 arcades called soviet arcade and they have all these old restored arcade cabs, genuinely some of the best games I've played, very analog. Good pick on the Robocop cabinet. That's definitely one of Data East's best games. I still feed that thing quarters whenever I come across one.

Don't get me wrong: As always I appriciated the heck out of this episode and I am very thankful for it, but the entire thing was very sad to watch. Just seeing you guys with masks on (I mean it is great that you protect yourselves!) and how one of your dearests stores where closed and cleaned out was just very heartbreaking. However, I am again very thankful that you guys take these risks just to provide footage for us so we can smile in these tough times.
