I just realized something. When you're almost falling and you rotate your arms to keep from falling, we should be rotating them the opposite direction to keep from falling. Rolling them forward like instinct tells us to do can perpetuate the momentum. If you could train yourself to roll your arms backward, you might never fall again! 🤔
