In this clip, The Game analyzed some of the most famous rap beefs, including those between Ice Cube and NWA, Dr. Dre and Eazy-E, and Ice Cube and Common. He shared how he was impressed that Common, a conscious rapper, unexpectedly held his own against Ice Cube. The Game also discussed the spat between Compton locals Dr. Dre and Eazy-E. Highlighting how Eazy-E managed a major comeback with 'Real Compton City G's,' he added that it had a considerable impact at a street level. The Game also discussed Ice Cube's dispute with N.W.A., agreeing that Ice Cube, as the key lyricist in the group, devastated N.W.A. with his departure and subsequent diss track 'No Vaseline.' Game vs 50 was an iconic rap beef and Game won on wax when it came to diss tracks. Many fail to know Game started outselling 50 between 2008-2016. 50 had a backlash, lost mostly all his fire and it became outdated to listen to 50 for a long time. It was during these years Dre was seen more with Game than 50. Who went from selling 10 million in 2005 with The Massacre to struggling to go gold in 2009 with Before I Self Destruct. So what happened?? They say Game had a lot to do with that he made it cool not to listen to G-Unit anymore. Game continued to be a relevant consistent top player in hip hop while 50 fell off hard. People forget these years and it's since became cool to like 50 again in the 2020's off nostalgia. When we talk about and look back on 50 vs Game they only talk about their first albums and stop there, we forget to talk about the years Game continued to shine, actually started outselling 50 and won the beef. The beef ended years ago. Just because it's cool to like 50 again and Game didn't receive flowers for everything he's done don't mean 50 won the beef. That be like saying Jay-Z won against Nas just because he has more money. It don't work like that.

Before I Self Destruct sold more than The R.E.D. Album in its first week. Yes, Game outsold 50's Animal Ambition with The Documentary 2, Game has more to show for cause he put out more material. Since 2014, Game put out 6 projects, 50 only put out 2. Game won the battle portion by a landslide but burned lots of bridges along the way.

I’m a West Coast guy… born and raised. But I’m a call a spade a SPADE ♠️ when it comes to Common vs Ice Cube. Common DESTROYED my guy Ice Cube on the track “The Bit*h in You”… it wasn’t even close. Westside Connection wanted NO smoke after that. Eazy-E dropped “Real MF’n Gs” KILLED Dr. Dre and Snoop. Dre-Day was fire… but Compton City Gs was some next level sh!t. From the lyrics to the beat, Eazy and his team came out trying to take heads off. Cube vs NWA was a CLEAN win. “No vaseline” was so TOUGH, that even the other members of NWA admitted to getting SMOKED on that track. They didn’t stand a chance and never made a real response after that. In my opinion, No vaseline is still the hardest diss track ever written. Ice Cube was NOT playing with them at all. I wish we still had that type of Hip/Hop today.

I agree Cube won the battle with No Vaseline but N.W.A. "Niggazfalife" album without Cube was ten time waaaayyy better than the "Straight Outta Compton" album with Cube and that's a fact that nobody in the Hip Hop media ever speaks on

I’m going to respectfully disagree. I understand why you might say about it because it was actually three years later and Dre even said that once they had more money, the production was totally different and of course it was much better because of technology. But lyrically it was not better than any thing. Ice cube was putting out at the time. The same year ice cube put out death certificate and Niggas4Life was not better ! But music is subjective so if you actually like the N.W.A album better without ice cube I can’t argue. We could just agree to disagree.

again, like I said, we could agree to disagree, you may like the NWA album, but it is always stated through hip-hop that ice cube had at least two albums America’s most wanted and death certificate ! I don’t think you’ll find the NWA Niggas4Life on anyone’s classic hip-hop list! And I definitely like the album. I’m not saying it was bad. It was very great production but again this is subjective
