실키, 플러피, 색감good ㅇ소금캐러맬 젤라또 설탕을 냄비에넣고 브라운이 될때까지 가열.( 3번) 2. 파우더넣기. 3. 500그램 우유넣기 4.소금넣기 5. 85도까지 올리고 빨리 식히고 기계에넣기
