Ghosts need energy to stay around, so they feed off your energy, causing you to feel like this. • ghosts also like to mess with electronic devices, like phones, cameras etc. So if it goes out of focus at a random point, it could possibly be that reason. • if you ever need something to cleanse you can always use a safe salt circle method, if you need to learn more about it search it up! and lastly, 99.999% a ghost can’t hurt you. Ghosts tend to be sad if they died alone, if you are kind to it, it will most likely like you. But you can get demonic spirits as well, and in this case, it’s obvious it’s NOT a demonic spirit so no need to worry about that! hope this helped :)

I have also had a ghost experience as well, when I was 8 it was late at night and me my mother and father went dowstairs and i looked into my room and i saw a woman right next to my bed screaming but there was no sound coming out of her a couple of months later or a year later we moved and now this year I have been experiencing something else more creepier this time. Some times I see figures in the corner of my eye and I have seen figures sat on my parents bed and they dont believe me they always say "Stop lying you would be screaming if you saw something" even tho i repeatedly tell them I saw something, I didn't scream because it would always stun me and i couldnt get a reaction out of me i would just run downstairs it's like whatever is in the house is tormenting me only and somewhere around november 2021 I was playing ps4 and my little brother was next to me i looked at the door and i saw my other brother spying on us but guess what? my brother was in my room door shut watching his ps4 aswell (I was in my parents room when I saw the figure) and the figure was near my brothers bedroom so it couldnt be possible for my brother to watch us then run to my room and shut it on time plus we didnt even hear a single door shut and yes my little brother also saw it as well. sorry if you cant understand this properly I am very tired rn anyways have a wonderful day guys

Im asian, and when i was a kid my parents, aunt and uncles used to scare me and my siblings and cousins about the "white lady" and many more paranormal fiction or non fiction horror figures. And i never believed it ever since because i knew from the beginning that they were just scaring us for fun and back then, and i was the bravest among my cousins and siblings. But one day, I was alone in the house with my dogs, they were in their cages, and then later around the afternoon, i saw a tall girl shadow figure (just like the white lady) on my sister's bedroom doorway, the shadow moved very slowly moving from the door to the kitchen and to the living room, it was like it was exploring the house. I was so confused and got goosebumps that time because i was the only person who was alone in the house, and the dogs. noone else, and i followed the figure up until it disappeared right into the living room curtain in the corner, and when i lost track of the figure, my dogs started barking crazy. i knew something was wrong so i called my parents, and they quickly went home and i explained everything to them. It has been 6 years already and ever since i have never forgotten that situation ever. Maybe thats just a message from ghosts to people that they are real and should not be doubted on, and my mom did tell me that spirits (or ghosts) make presence to people for a sign of help. maybe their trying to give a message about their past life and how something bad happened and they need your help for comfort or revenge. im not sure but that was my first ever experience about ghosts and stuff and until right now, i have been seeing paranormal things in my house and ive never been scared like this before, maybe bc i was so traumatised unlike then that i was so fearful of anything.. im so sorry if i scared u or anything. i just wanted to share my story about me encountering a ghost. god bless everyone and stay safe ❤️💛

a great way to see if there is really a ghost is that you can bring winky with you. Dogs can sense things we can't see. So if winky starts getting scared or is randomly staring at something then the ghost is there. Try it.

Ouiji boards are dangerous, just by drawing them, saying the word ‘Ouiji board’ drawing one, touching one or just seeing one can give you demonic attachments it’s scary.
