Thank you for this Mr. Harvey. While people were (and still are) out here saying 2020 was one of the worst years of their lives, instead of complaining about my job loss and not being able to “live life”, I been able to find myself and get to know myself a little better. I been out saying 2020’s going to result in something different. Different outcomes. Different relationships. Different strategies. I wouldn’t trade this year for another and I wouldn’t wish this year to play out any differently. It definitely opened my eyes and showed me something. Always be grateful, you never know what it’s like for somebody else. There is always going to be someone who wished they were in your shoes. Thanks again for this. Appreciate it, sir.

"EVERYTHING" .... good or bad happens for a reason. My wifes company started to hurt when covid hit, 90% of the employees got laid off. 40% of that 90% moved on and got better higher paying jobs within 2 weeks. So for those 40% .... it was a blessing to them... Again, everything happens for a reason, we may not have to understand it but it is what it is

COVID changed my life. I had all this free time to go back to school and study and now I’ve got a much better job, I’ve learned many new things and even met the love of my life. That’s not to say it wasn’t difficult at the beginning, but a door has closed and many have opened. Just believe it will get better and follow the signs and you’ll be happy.

Lost my mom 4 years ago today is her anniversary I woke up and said I’m going to listen to some motivational cuz I don’t want to be sad and I felt like Steve was talking to me 7 years ago I was facing 60 years in prison for a self defense case 2020 has been a hard but really good year spent more time then I ever have wit my children (5) couldn’t work at the barbershop due to shut downs but I have my vision board and continue to check of goals and praise Jesus no matter wat happens 🙏🏽

Everyone faces adversity and everyone struggles with something in their lives. Sometimes other people are struggling with the same thing you are struggling with. The point is that you are NEVER alone! Not only are other people facing something similar to what you are facing, but many are facing way worse. The important thing is that God is with ALL OF US! God puts us through these trying times and situations to bless us and to teach/help us grow. After you get through that rough thing you are dealing with, you will look back and realize the amazing things that God was doing in your life. He was never trying to hurt you, only help you. REMEMBER THAT! WE SERVE AN UNBELIEVABLE GOD! Sometimes we won’t understand right away what God is doing in our lives and why we are going through what we are going through, but always remember it’s to better us! I thank and love the unbelievable and amazing God that I serve. Even though times may be rough, I know they won’t stay like this. Everything will get better. Just pray and continue to have faith. I promise things will get better in your life as long as you have God and I promise you aren’t alone. AMEN! ❤️🙏🏻🙌🏻

Uncle Steve always giving some short but good speeches , thank you for your positivity. God is the most merciful and the most loving of his creation, i love the concept of going back to the hall to check the other doors which equals seeking other opportunities , my own experience with this is that when i earned my bachelor degree, i worked and had saved some money saved to get my masters degree, and i went back to the college i already graduated from since they had a masters program , guess what? i was rejected 3 times in a row which is 3 years wasted of going back to that college and being rejected all the time even though i was known around for being an active participant in student's activities during undergraduate years , so i took the opportunity to search for some other programs and focus on my work , but after a while i realized why God just closed that door , such college had a very strict schedule and would contradict with my working hours , and of course i cannot drop out of work that is out of question to me, Thank you Lord and thank you uncle Steve for reminding us of him all the time

Plain talk for simple folk. I always look for these messages of wisdom from Steve. 1 year ago I had all but given up on myself and life. I heard Steve Harvey's radio station in Las Vegas while driving for Uber. I was single and miserable. Steve got me believing in God and myself again. It took plain talk to get through to me, from a guy that says he is no better than me. Now I'm living in the Philippines. I married my dream woman, and God has made a way for me to live here free of stress. I will never doubt the Lord or myself ever again. God is great!
