In a sense? You’ve always had your gift since birth, and if you want it to become stronger, spend more time with God, speak to him like a father, read the Bible, pray and worship; *I promise you that your life will fall into place when doing this.* On top of this, I recommend you ask the Holy Spirit for a visitation in your home or wherever you are, and ask him to heal you from the pain because you can’t bear it alone.

I always find that singing worship music always gets me out of a depressed mod and fill people with the spirit, so if you think you mental state is holding you back, maybe singing worship alone is a go.
