The writing and acting on this show are great! However, Petersen who plays the son, although a fine actor, isn't a good match for Kirstie, making for uncomfortable viewing. IMHO

🌟🙄🍀🙄🍀🙄🍀🙄🌟 I didn't mind this show ..but I wish Kristie was more credited for her own getting off drugs ...then about Scientology!... if she was honest she used drugs then why does she give Scientology so much credit for helping her get off drugs ...??? it landed a lot of people on drugs ... if I don't know any better...i I hate seeing people being disabled and deceitful... Maybe I don't know all about this subject.... I do however recognize when other people start to get a fuse when they don't have the full story and they naiveness Is a "door open " of somebody / organization pockets!..!?!?! All I know is it didn't take me to join Scientology to get on or off a drugs/meds/other addicted traits that can be A more negative impact on your life and those around you!.. Sometimes maybe you could give YOURSELF MORE credit than a "SYSTEM" ....thats Is beginning to be known to hurt more than help people! and usually people join organizations cuz they get scared in life! AKA churches rehabilitation you can even say caught! They think they're going to be taking care of in-laws and I can see it a lot of people I've talked to both professional and non-professional who actually can admit to themselves how Easy it would be to get trapped into one of these if they say the right things to you and your family excetera excetera! Rehabilitation place I seen good or bad doesn't guaranteed getting off drugs And again other addictive negative behaviors! takes the person inside to recognize this themselves! In Scientology is not from what I can understand the prs1 fundation of trying to get yourself With honest real people who really want the best for you!... They enlighten Yes "some people" but very few.... to heighten them aka the ''so called stars they seemed to frighten the regular non stars... in the past maybe for some people to say if you join that place you may get off of drugs ...?!?! well ... get off drugs ???? if anything all I seen +heard and witness is them is "stealing money" out of desperate , naive.lower income.people's pockets or people that would just making it and then take their money and not help them afterwards ?!?! How do you offend that type of action ?!? I can make decisions for myself I didn't have to listen to Leah Remini story I already started to recognize this from 30+ years ago when I begin to hear about scientology more and was looking for something to organize my way of doing things and joining a group Not just Scientology, but a list of others... They're not always a so called"cult" at first..but after a while begin to look like one ! beginning to take control of your money your time Etc So at the end they might be one Basically what I'm trying to State here is you don't have to join an organization and to find yourself healing within yourself.. ! You just have to surround yourself with positiveness.and people and you are on a better track to heal a hurt soul. Find a Much more range of healing an abuse.body..learning .better ways of expressing yourself and hobbies without going into debt! I would like to see more people believe in themselves...not an organization....credited to be the ine hitcure..especially when more People seeing at the end to get hurt by it then get helped by it I reached out for *help* and end up with a *Hellish Nightmare* and no it wasn't Scientology! by chance Kristie Alley reads this...which I doubt .. I just said too busy.. but tell her to get a hold of me .. Honestly I would like to talk to somebody that might know a little something something .. And it's nothing to do with her religious belief! The problem I see with this show is... Maddy has a moral compass that is out of whack so on some instances she is not very likeable. At least that is how I see it. But the show does make me laugh. The show just needed some tweaking on the writing.
