betrayal stories usually aren't this desperate so I kinda hoped both sides had justification, the girl was in a freezing hellscape with no hope in sight, and needed to attach herself to someone to survive, the person you are in a survival situation isn't the person you are in a civilised one. It doesn't mean she is right, she just played the cards she had at the time. Showing you disapproved of violent measures of your attached partner just put you in a dangerous situation. This isn't like a normal situation in stories where they abuse, take advantage, and manipulate to get attention or a slightly better life quality. Course I know there isn't much moral greyness in Manuwa stories so she's being portrayed as a two-faced bitch before and after, could have an interesting dive into survival mentality but I guess that was hoping for too much.

Yeah, i kinda thinked about this too. Imagine if she was given a chance, to leave that place, and go to another with somekind of population. But needed to leave the MC alone behind? Would be interesting... Like... she wants to survive, more than the possibility that the MC could give her a better life. So she chose the most logical option, which would guarantee her survival for longer. Even if it would hurt the MC's feelings and leave him to die. I would like to this girl not be a bitch 2 sided face and bla bla bla... But a woman that would do ANYTHING to survive, even killing her "friends" and abandoning people that she was just using to survive.

Like can't she just shrug her shoulders and go find another guy to satisfy her meal ticket privlleges? Women like this exist, and they ARE people, not just gold digging evil women, they are just coasting off their looks to get through life. The issue here is the MC is being setup to feel *betrayed* and his actions justified, like it was all her fault, when in fact-he was the simp that bought everything to begin with, getting taken advantage of. Even in a situation where the world was apoctalyptic. Makes him more pathetic, and cringe as he 'gets back' at her.

that’s what i am wondering in a world where death is almost certain without your help and would be the end of her bloodline especially with humanity on the brink of extinction would you forgive her or throw her out to die there are alot of scenarios where i would just leave her to die but when your in a near extinction of humanity type of event it’s not such an easy choice her dying could very well be the end of everything from what i remember in that manga from a similar video i saw awhile ago there were not really alot of women left alive so despite hating her for the potential survival of humanity i would probably not actually leave her for dead probably for the first time ever since giving my input on what i would have done in a similar position as the op
