Stop panicking people. They've been negotiating this phase for less than a fortnight, there's a lot at stake so it should take time. If it was a coalition with EFF or MK they would also be negotiating hard and it would be the DA throwing their toys out the cot saying the ANC was losing control.

Clause 16 is clear, yes, but it is Helen Zille who is misinterpreting it. DA got about 20% of the national vote and other parties got what they got. The President will allocate executive positions based generally on such percentages. The DA are wrong to seek to exclude other parties so they could increase their share to about 30%. No South African in their right mind would tolerate a DA government and they should not be allowed to pickpocket us of our freedom.
