Tor has a way of making the climbing lighthearted and funny, all while sneaking in some seriously good technical sends! His skill is somewhat camouflaged by his antics! He's quite an individual!

climb, eat right, and mix in some stretching, you'll get shredded. You don't need a workout routine

Lol, yeah right? Worked for me. If you want to add other workouts to that you can, adding in cardio and some strength training outside will only speed the process up.

I like the setting in Europe so much better than in the US. most problems here (Or atleast the gyms I go to) are okay but when the grades get higher (v7+) it's just horrible holds far apart. when you guys climb hard the problems have good movement and a variety of styles. really wish I was at your gym.
