El Rufai is one of, if not the most strategic politician in Nigeria. He's a living brain box. One of the technicians who systematically delivered power from Pdp to Apc. Whatever El Rufai is working on now will be massive. He knows obviously that he wouldn't win the west and definitely he's not getting any support from the east.
