Күн бұрынWhy run a marathon when you can also run a half in the same weekend to make it 63.3K of running! I decided to take on the challenge of running the gold coast half marathon on Saturday morning followed 20hrs later with the full marathon distance, safe to say it pushed me mentally and so many times i thought i wouldn't be able to finish, this was by far my greatest mental battle with my running journey up to now.
