The mercury hidden from the earth is the wisdom of the spirit. On the first page Hermes gives us the formula for enlightenment. You have, watching (seyre), orpiment (auripigment), breath (humidity or moisture). I kind of wonder if you hold this stone and meditate with it as you watch the breathe. This sounds like a way to purify yourself. Hermes says the Philosopher’s Stone is “For of such the philosophers are made accountable to God, and evil men are not admitted worthy of this wisdom. Know that this matter I call the stone;” the stone is the purifying element, elements being a part or aspect. Purity comes from taking responsibility to make a conscious choice to allow god to correct all errors in your life. Evil men are the oil in the water, it separates, while good men or god men or holy men unite as sulfur dissolves into water yet remains water and the sulfur is unseen within it as god is within us and yet remains unseen in us physically only seen in actions. Sulfuric acid is highly electrically charged. Electricity being the worker and sulfur being the nurturing aspect. Like make and female. We work together with god not separate from god.

I enjoy listening to your reading. I think you do a good job of giving it character without bringing in so much character to change the meaning of the words. 👍 Now if you'll excuse me I can't help but add my personal interpretations. I think Eve is the earthly reflection of Adam like the ribosomes in our cells produce what is called for across the cytoplasm by the nucleus causing the ribosomes to birth, if you will, the word sent from heaven into it's worldly existence in the form of chains of amino acids or something. It seems our cell walls would represent the firmament which is also a heaven called phospholipids which could be broken down via a consistent method of definitional and etymologically reasoning to say light bearer which gives form to the word as what appears in the world. 🙏

Meditation, from my understanding, is mainly for people who get stuck in logical mode, constantly overthinking. The goal is to bring your mind back into balance. Not to shut it off. If you are consciously directing your attention to an idea, a problem, or a question, that falls under contemplation. Meditating is about being in the present moment in time. What is your understanding of meditation?
