Thank you so much for sharing your health story. I too had an abnormal Pap smear last year, which ultimately caught early cervical cancer. I was able to have surgery right away and I am healthy today because I went in for that test (that NO ONE enjoys 😒). I am sure your story will save lives. ❤️

Thank you both for sharing. I’ve been through this scenario twice in my life where bad cells were found but removed by laser the first time then again several years later by a cryogenic procedure. I’m so glad your results were fine Tamara. You’re so right, these tests on an annual basis are crucial to our health and wellbeing. Be well both of you.💕

Tamara, I always love how real you are and this video is probably one of the most helpful and real of all. sharing something so personal but so very important for every single woman takes courage. Take care of your body, rest yourself, take lots of vitamin D, B complex and Folate. There is also a vitamin for the cervix called Deflagyn and will help strengthen and nourish the tissue. Your health is your wealth…don’t tax yourself.

Vlogmas is the best!! Love love love this part of the year and getting to watch your videos everyday, it really gets me into the Christmas spirit 🫶 Also for your squeaky door, use oil on the hinges! It’s such a quick and easy fix. I often just use whatever oil I have in the kitchen, you only need a tiny bit. Hope that helps xx

Mislim da je to sto delis i lepo i “ruzno” bas nesto sto treba danasnjem vremenu, jer iako smo svi svesni da su influenseri ljudi od krvi i mesa nekako se cini da vam je sve prelepo i savrseno! Takodje je ekstremno vazno iskoristiti svaku priliku da se osvesti vaznost pregleda i prevencije, pogotovo sa brojem pregleda koji imas. Svaka cast!

Dear Tamara! Have a nice vlogmas experience! As regarding art, you know there's investment art, when collectors buy specifically from well known contemporary (or vintage) artist in order to further resale or whatever, and there is decorative art. That's what we usually try to fit in our home and decide if we like it, it it goes well with the soft etc etc based just on our preferences and no real market value. The key point is to understand what exactly you need and makes you happy - and thats all:)

Tamara, as a pharmacist, I meet many women who have changes on the cervix caused by the HPV virus... they feel depressed and do not understand how it happens to them because they are not educated enough... thank you for mentioning this, because of the many women who follow you and the importance of the Pap test and of course other examinations❤

I didnt want to sound too preachy as I always worry that puts people off, but I think for women its also extremely important to understand importance of regular cervical smear test as well as how bad smoking can be as a huge contributor. Besides that I would say stress as always but I guess we cant really control that one unfortunately :( Thank you for sharing the love
