Bubbie has something that only Kwon possesses, the right attitude. The other guys tend to let bad shots and just plain bad luck affect them. Bubbie is so positive about everything and is able to move past mistakes quickly. Everything else about golf can be taught, but not the attitude.

He's really searching right now. If I had to guess, when he was playing really well he was purely a feel player with no swing thoughts. He mentioned awhile ago that his back was causing him issues so he felt the need to change his mechanics. Now he has swing thoughts and the consistency just isn't there.

everyday on the range something else goes wrong so i gotta change my swing on the spot and pray it works on the course

well it's different when your walking a course and using a cart as well. obviously your using your legs more and arms. so your using your muscles to do that so the swing changes based on tiredness and relying on other muscles. his swing is based on timing and hands. when my legs and arms get tired I pull the ball or a bail out. great players know their body and what each muscle does

He's a liability for their image. He brings little to nothing to the table except annoyance to what would be a fairly enjoyable watch otherwise.

The swing from brash and loud in the low pressure challenges to down right morose during these high pressure major rounds is wild. Would love to see him find a way to move both towards the median. He hit the ball really well; I like his chances to bounce back in part 2.

I see a lot of comments about Matt's demeanor. I consider myself an introverted extrovert. With my job, I have to be a more amped version of myself and it can be hard to keep that up on a consistent basis. I honestly think that Matt takes these majors very seriously and is really focused. I respect it tremendously because he has a desire to win and get better as well as be entertaining. I find myself rooting for him so much. I honestly think his game is in really good form and he just got an unlucky bounce on the first hole. Matt, I respect what you are doing out there. You keep being you.

@@thisjustanother I think he's frustrated because he had to switch up his swing and the way he plays because of his back issues. He's probably playing in pain as well. I know from experience when your back gives out it's never the same.

They do a great job 99% of the time 'editing' all the bad shots out but failed miserably today on the 5th 🤦🏽♂️ I might start a KZfaq channel where I birdie literally every hole I play including the ones where I hit my driver deep into the shit 😂😂
