It’s honestly so difficult for the “dumb” character on a sitcom to not sound forced or obnoxious and Manny does it so perfectly he manages to make Jason sound so wholesome and sweet whenever he makes a comment.

I think it was pretty easy, because all of Jason's lines were so distinct. Others have some normal things to say but he said something so absurd nearly every time so you kinda have that stuck in your brain.

He’s obviously not dumb, but because he still has the voice of Jason, I can’t help thinking of whatever he’s saying as dumb.
