I use trinket boxes to hold gifts of cash, folded up to fit, gift cards if the box is large enough and fings of other jewelry. So keep finding them, people need them for gift giving, happy occasions!

I remember when you went to Marvin Bartlett's yard sale! He seems like such a nice guy, and I think everyone whose ever watched him on the news likes him. I also remember when you and Matt bought that stunning lamp. I thought it was gorgeous then, and it's even more gorgeous all put together. I'm so glad you're doing so well with your eBay selling. I went to Hope’s Closet in Jacksonville, FL (Duuuuh-vallll - go Jags!) about a month or so ago and you could tell someone had passed and someone had donated a ton of Hummel and Sunday Evening Post plates and silverware and china… thought about letting you know but figured you couldn’t get her fast enough. You would have been going crazy finding good deals.

I noticed at the 2nd sale that you went to that there was a hen on a nest (glass). Vintage ones can bring a lot of money. My mother collected these all of her life and I learned more about them than I ever wanted to know. Lol

Wow, I never see $1 price tags at estate sales! The last one I went to, they were asking $6 a piece for vintage trolls! They had nice things but so overpriced. Most of the estate sales near me are run by companies, so they’re marked pretty high. Makes it difficult for resellers.

Kayla, I have a question, if you ever do a Q&A video anytime soon: With all of the amazing vintage and antique finds you score, do you ever save any to resell in the future? Like, some items are so valuable due to age, do you ever wonder how much more you could get in 10, 20+ years? Of course there are no guarantees that what’s valuable today will be valuable to others in the future, but is anything ever tempting enough to hold onto for the long game?

Oh nice... I had a Bart Zimmer glass basket I sold when i first started reselling back in February. Got it from the salvation army for 3.99 and sold it for 25. It sold within a week of me buying it. It's so exciting to see all the great stuff you find.

I have a few wonderful dishes and things that she had purchased there and the eggs are two of the things. Sterling flatware, an other egg cup, silver serving pieces, crystal etc. I love the old pieces.

If someone didnt know that was a tri level home and just came walking in fast they could fall down the stairs. I personally like it (No not the falling down the stairs part but the house). Not real safe if you have small kids though
