Hi Bob, Those gourds are looking very nice and I miss these particular kind here in the US. Back home we sautéed these with shallots, pork and shrimps n they are so sweet. Wish I could get a couple here enjoy. Alas it’s not possible so please cook them like this and eat on my behalf. Recipe: brown shallots in pol, then cook the shrimps until it’s red on color ( remove from skillet so they’re not overcooked ), then sautéed pork till brown followed by putting in the slice gourd, season with salt and pepper n add some water till pork n gourd are tender n finally top it with the shrimp 🍤 . ENJOY 😃😃😃 BON APPETIT. Have s blessed day. As usual job well done.
