This video might be the most important thing we can talk about. We're talking about your dark side. Now, I don't mean dark as in evil-we're not talking about blood rituals hooded in a forest where we're chanting. I mean the dark side that we all have within us. It's the reason you self-sabotage your goals, it's the reason you push good people away in relationships, and it's the reason that's holding you back from making the amount of money you want. The good news is that once you know this chart that we're talking about in this video, change can happen really fast for you.
We're keeping it really simple and real, so without further ado, I'll explain this chart. We'll apply it to you in several areas such as money, relationships, happiness, and then I'll give you the solution of how to fix this. I do want to give credit to Sam Ovens, where I picked up this chart from for the first time, and it changed my life. Here we have a basic oscillation chart, and you'll notice right here there's negative 1, 2, and 3, and then there's positive 1, 2, and 3. This represents your life, gaining +3, minus +3, gaining +2, minus +2, +1, minus one. Well, what does that net out to? It nets out to zero, as if you didn't have any of the positives because they're wiped out by some of the negatives. This is the cycle that controls your life, and this part right here is what is known as your dark side, or you can use the word your shadow side-the parts of you that are holding you back or self-sabotaging. And until you recognize this cycle, it's going to run your life.
To kick this off, when I was 25, I was struggling financially, and it wasn't that I didn't work. I was working three jobs in college at once. I'd been working unofficially since I was 12 and got caught shoplifting Red Bulls wearing eyeliner and a My Chemical Romance shirt-thought I was really punk rock, story for another time. Parents like, "We're not paying for this, dude." I had to get a job and work as a golf caddy, carrying rich people's clubs and watching them throw fits when they missed the ball and break a club-it was real-life Happy Gilmore. "Son of a b, why didn't you just go home? Are you too good for your home?" So, I added up all the jobs because I was like, "Dude, I've been working since I was 12 years old, how do I have not a single dollar to show for this?" And I realized this lesson: I would make money, and then bills would come up, and then I would make some money, and I would spend it. I would make some money and find a way to spend it, and that netted out to $0. And that pattern

This is the first time I have ever watched you, and I love the flow of it, and the chart is great. I watched it twice. Sent it to my friend who is a therapist, she will love it, and going to have my husband watch it with me. We have come a long way with meditation, and I have been working through self awareness but this visual is super helpful reference for me to recenter through out the day when needed.

I realized something around the time you released this video. All we really need for this world to prosper is to get real. Really, really real. We need to learn how to relax, all of us. How to be sincere instead of serious.

Absolutely nailed it with removing things from your life. Once I started to simplify every area of my life, life got a whole lot more simple. We're brainwashed into more, more, more. Trust me, it's all about less, less, less.😉

Law of attraction works when you do the work, and face your shadow and clear those blocks. You can't just skip that step and manifest anything, it's called preparing your vessel. All these things coincide with each other.

Yes however you can get in the trap of always needing to “clear” blocks or limitations. Lately I’ve focused on one thing … BEING. Because a lifetime of doing and clearing still left me miserable 😖 so now I AM. And it’s brought me peace 🕊️

This was great! I find that when I’m self-sabotaging, if I stop and ask myself WHY am I doing this right now, I am usually able to recognize the trigger and step away from it. Being aware of those triggers takes work but it’s worth it.

This is by far the BEST explanation I've heard about this concept! My cousin and I are constantly discussing shadow work, and she always says "your reality is you, pushed out into the universe," which has always bothered me because it doesn't address those unwanted outcomes, especially after putting in tons of work to produce a different set of outcomes. I guess the little nerd in me just needed a chart. 😂 Thank you!!

@@m.k.9405 I had a bad habit of being bad at habits until I learned about habit stacking. The main point for me is to build a new habit when I'm already up off my butt to do something else that's pretty routine. The one I'm most proud of is getting the dishes caught up immediately after eating breakfast and then I take a caffeinated beverage break. Try to pair a new habit with one that's already established and follow it with some type of harmless reward.

I’ll teach you something way better than this: Throughout the day, narrate what you do at the 3rd person. You’ll be surprised how much that brings awareness on stupid self sabotaging behaviours and what is behind them. It works because it disengages the ego. Lookup psych term called “fusion” .. you want to go in the opposite direction. Thank me later.
