A.a what I know, being good to both parents, respectful leads to long beautiful life and a favour from Allah. Mother's are three daraja to fathers, meaning, for example. if both your parents were to call you, you rush to your mother first then your father,thus the saying, the paradise lays under the feet of your mother. Your voice should be lower than theirs.

Yes I've been doing it for sometime now. But it would have been better if we memorize it. It was recommended by our Prophet salaAllahu Alaihi wasalam to memorize the 30 ayaah. And Allah knows the best. May Allah protect us from the punishment of the grave.

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “A soorah from the Qur’aan containing thirty verses will intercede for a man so that he will be forgiven. It is the soorah Tabaarak Alathi bi yadihi’l-mulk [i.e., Soorat al-Mulk].” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2891; Abu Dawood, 1400; Ibn Maajah, 3786. Al-Tirmidhi said, this is a hasan hadeeth. It was classed as saheeh by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah in Majmoo’ al-Fataawa, 22/277, and by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh Ibn Maajah, 3053. What is meant is that a person should read it every night, act in accordance with the rulings contained in it, and believe in the information mentioned in it. It was narrated that ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood said: Whoever reads Tabaarak allaahi bi yadihi’l-mulk [i.e., Soorat al-Mulk] every night, Allaah will protect him from the torment of the grave. At the time of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) we used to call it al-maani’ah (that which protects). In the Book of Allaah it is a soorah which, whoever recites it every night has done very well. Narrated by al-Nasaa’i, 6/179; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb, 1475. The scholars of the Standing Committee said: One this basis there is the hope that whoever believes in this soorah and reads it regularly, seeking the pleasure of Allaah, learning the lessons contained in it and acting in accordance with the rulings contained therein, it will intercede for him [in the Hereafter]. one squash or squeeze will be experienced by every person but for the believers it will be easy so, I think the for the companion saad it must have been a gentle squash and Allah knows best.

The term “punishment before that” refers that before the ultimate judgement day disbelievers and wrongdoers will face torment and punishment in their graves.

@@mk-qc5zg but it doesnt say nothing about grave punishment a punishment before that can be in this dunya for example depression and being sad like allah said if you turn away from my remembrance indeed you will have a depressed life and that is before judgment day and allah says in the quran surah imran every soul shall taste death and only ob the day of judgment you will be paid your wages in full and allah says in surah yasin when the trumpet is blown they will say who has woke us up from our sleeping place

@@alottcash2761 who told you that the grave is the place for relaxation and rest? What is Janna for? The grave is also not always a place of punishment. It depends on the person. If the person is good enough to enter Janna, but has a fair amount of sins, he shall perhaps pay for those sins in the grave and then enter Janna peacefully. It depends. For some, there is no real punishment in the grave, even though in the beginning, it's frightening, because you will be asked questions there, but if you turn out successful, then you will rest in the grave and then Janna in shā' Allah ﷻ

if grave punishment was true allah would have said it in the quran your right bro because the quran is 100percent the truth and some hadith can be false
