The Oliver Gravity Separator uses a combination of air for weighing, vibration and fluidization and conveying, and tilt for separation. Made for ease of use, longevity and accuracy, Oliver separators sort dry, ganular, free-flowing material into streams according to particle density.
Power controls and automation simplify setup and operation and help operators with a minimum of training to achieve professional results. We have a product with a very high percentage dust content, density ~200kg/m3 mixed with tramp ie stones of varying sizes, sand and possibly a few nails. Air blown through the mix would disperse the low density product into an unacceptable cloud. Could effective separation be accomplished with vibration only if the residence time is increased ?

Kullanılabilir. Özkütle farkı ile ürünleri birbirinden ayırabilmeniz gerekiyor. Özkütleleri birbirine yakın ise ürünleri ayrılması çok güçleşir, makine verimsizleşir. Ayırmak istediğiniz ürünün hava itkisi ile titreşen yüzeyden ayrılması gerekiyor. Havanın gücünün yeteceğini düşünüyorsanız olabilir.

can you separate stones with 1-4 cm with cut eucalyptus bark from dust to pieces from 1 cm times 5 cm ?

Thomas, unfortunately this is something we cannot do. The particle size that you have is too large for our equipment. If those particles can be broken down, smaller than 1cm, then it would be possible.

Dear Nagarajan, Thank you! We believe so as well... These machines are highly efficient at improving product streams of all sorts. We find the gravity separator most widely used in agricultural products such as seed and edibles. However it is also useful for separation by weight or density in industries such as recycling and mining.

how would this work with a fraction that is not uniform. Different sizes and volumes?
