Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Some of the reasons why I love this channel: the uploads are predictable, the content unpredictable. The main character is funny, comes across as very likeable and smart. Additionally his fiancée is a legend herself, and she’s occasionally co starring. Not to mention; Mr. Beard always responds to comments - including mine ❣️👍

I found a weird little challenge for you, I was watching the latest video from cowboy Kent Rollins, and towards the end of the video he called out the big eaters like yourself to attempt the ultimate foot n a half long hot dog challenge, how many of them can you eat? You gotta prepare it with all the condiments he had on it. Looks like a tasty one. Give it a look, I reckon you can smash it. 🤗✌🏼

Lol I nearly deafened myself squealing when you did your catchphrase "let's get it!" I gotta say the picnic I always remember was when I first moved to childhood home and we had actual cheese rolls (not cheese in rolls) on a tea trolley with sweet treats and walkers crisps. The scotch egg "didn't know they made 'em that big!" Thats what she said lmao! You made that look piss easy. Hahaha no pun intended! Xx

Apparently the jam first/cream first argument depends on if you are having a Devon cream tea or a Cornish cream tea. The Devon one has the cream on top of the scone then the jam whereas the Cornish one has jam first then the cream. Today I learned!
