I don’t think there is any scriptural provision that forbids it but if you are using the fasting to charge your spiritual battery, avoid sexual intercourse. Sex drains your spiritual energy more than any other thing known to man. Those who knows the way of the spirit understands that there is a lot that can be achieved through sexual intercourse. It opens you up to a lot of possibilities in the spirit and they are mostly not positive. When you’re fasting, you want to close every medium that the flesh can use to find expression.

For marriage couples, the more you involve in fulfilling your duty as a husband, the more you become charged in the Holy Spirit because it is the will of God.
