Jump aboard this fast paced, carp fuelled spectacle as we join
Dave Levy, Jay Mungo Cater and Dan Hawkes on the fourth episode in the series as they venture to the land of the giants, the famous Balkan Lake Jezero "Zajarki" Zaprešić.
From the very beginning we join the team on their epic carp fishing journey, where they are thrust into the unknown, push their boundaries and work together to ensure this is one fishing trip they will not forget in a hurry!
In The Great Escape series, we aim to provide all the information, tips and tricks for anglers of all abilities to gear up and maximise their own European holiday fishing trips. Learn the secrets, get sneak peeks at some of the new carp fishing tackle products and soak up the atmosphere as the trio embark on an epic journey to remember, filmed in instalments throughout 2019.

Yet another fantastic Ridgemonkey video. To see Dan's emotions when he caught his PB sum up exactly why we do it. Absolutely brilliant. I love the three guys bit, it reminds me of Top Gear and what made it great. Keep it up.

How the hell do you palomar a leader to mainline dan? Searches come up with nothing I don't understand how it's possible.

Same way you would on a hook or a swivel. Just thread the leader through the loop, as you would with the hook point or the end of the swivel.

I wonder how many fish have been dropped or injured due to anglers rushing to get their pictures. One of the more stupid rules I have heard when you are dealing with experienced carp anglers.

We announced on social that due to sizing issues, we had to postpone the clothing line. A winter one will be coming soon and the clothes you see the guys wearing will be in spring.
