The comics reveal that Felicia did in fact survive, and that is canon. Ratigan did indeed however die in the movie, but appears in Disney shorts and cartoons which is not canon to the actual story.

That's pretty neat. I thought for sure she would've been done in, given the bells of doom at 4:28, but I guess she just needed some time to heal and let her fur grow back.

Felicia is probably my favorite villain companion in any Disney movie. She’s such a chonky girl and she reminds me of my own cat, I love her.

Yeah he’s smaller than Ratigan who’s a literal rat (don’t tell him I said that 😂) and almost as small as Olivia but big enough to lift her up a few times in the film. He was rather small.

Ratigan didn't survive a fall but Felicia survived getting mauled by many guard dogs. I'm assuming the fat probably saved her from death ig.

I wouldn't be shocked if it was mostly fur but I know from experience, that unless the cat is old, they can be very fast when they want to be.
