This is my recreation of the Great Movie Ride from Disney's Hollywood Studios. It debuted when the park originally opened in 1989 and was in operation until 2017 when it was closed to make way for Mickey and Minnie's runaway railway. Occasionally I used creations downloaded from the Frontier Workshop so thanks to the following creators for their brilliant work...

Wow Arthur this is incredible! I even just the recreation aside, the video editing is superb! But the recreation itself is just as close as you can possibly get within the game 😳 love the “this blank screen is brought to you by Planet Coaster Console Edition” 😂 just love all of your recreations, you nail them everytime!

This is absolutely brilliant. As someone that adored this ride and loves PC as well, amazingly well done. Video editing and sound spot on. So great.

Thanks very much. I loved that ride as well. Not been back to Orlando since covid so haven't ridden it's replacement yet. Hoping to get there later this year.

So is this what the ride used to be before it was changed to Mickey and Minnie’s runaway railway? I’m a 90’s kid and my 1st visit to Disney world was last year so I missed out on a lot of the classic stuff. Thanks for showing guys like me what we missed.

Yes this was the ride before Mickey and Minnie's runaway railway. Although it had started to show it's age, I think it was still a great ride and I think they should have kept the ride and just updated it with some newer film scenes. Thanks for watching.

Thanks. I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Just putting the finishing touches to the ride audio on Planet Coaster and then I'll get it uploaded. It's a pity I can't include the authentic ride audio in game but at least I can include it in the videos.

I certainly do. Not yet been able to get back to Disney World since Mickey's runaway railway opened but after seeing pov's I think they should have definitely kept the great movie ride.
