My wife and I are heading to Ohio 2024 show tomorrow and went on KZfaq just now to see what people posted and BANG! I picked your video. I have to give you respect for the great job you did. Not a lot of talking but making it feel like I was right there. You didn't focus on one theme and showed a little of everything. So great job to the both of you for giving my wife and I a little idea of what to expect.

They had so much vintage stuff! I've never even seen most of the stuff that you got, except for the Madball. I've always loved Madballs. Another excellent video.

Great video, I just wanted to let you know that I have watched other videos from The Great Ohio Toy Show and yours is the best not only do you have tons of monster stuff you focus on the true classic toys from the 50's 60's and 70's. Other videos show all the modern toys. I didn't even see half the stuff you guys filmed in there videos. I didn't think it was that great of a show until I saw your video. Thanks again, and keep up the good work.

JAYMAR 10:39 "Train Wreck" Monster puzzles. Probably illustrated by the people that wax the floors at night. I THINK they are those "How Many Mistakes Can You Find?" puzzles . LOL. 1) The candle is not needed as the room is SO BRIGHT ALREADY ! 2) The REAL Mummy is making a man into a Mummy just as the Grim reaper awakens from his sandbox . Then a giant lizard and a cat try to nudge a dead Dr. Jekyll back to life so he can feed them ? Lastly- the LADY CRYING at the door is not sitting in perspective to the walking Mummy. And it's a BRIGHT YELLOW SUNNY DAY outside !

I feel sorry for the dude that is trying to sell his FLINTSTONES collection for TOP DOLLAR to a crowd that barely remembers the ORIGINAL show and prolly only remembers the MOVIE with John Goodman.

i could be totally wrong but that artwork on that paint set looks like its from jack davis from ec comics. it kinda looks like mike ploogs artwork too. weird that pretty much no info is out there on it. does it have a manufacturer name on it?

11:18 This person is doing "IDIOT PRICING" . In the old days we called them "Frank Sinatra Prices". There was a BIG Atlantic City collectibles show at the convention center . It was MASSIVE and all the BIG dealers would save their BEST stuff for this show (NO eBay in 1989) . And they would make EVERYTHING super expensive because they would IMAGINE a celebrity like Frank Sinatra walking around and with the snap of his fingers -- he would pay $125.00 for a KISS notebook. (Just like YOU or I would buy a blank notebook from Dollar Tree today) . Well it would never happen. And they went home with a LOT of their stuff .

"Xenia, Ohio. Xenia, Ohio. A few years ago, a tornado hit this place. It killed the people, left and right. Dogs died. Cats died. Houses were split open, and you could see necklaces hanging from branches of trees. People's legs and neck bones were sticking out. Oliver found a leg on his roof. A lot of people's fathers died, and were killed by the great tornado. I saw a girl fly through the sky, and I looked up her skirt. Her skull was smashed. And some kids died. My neighbor was killed in that house. He used to ride bikes and three-wheelers. They never found his head. I always thought that was funny. People died in Xenia. Before dad died, he had a bad case of the diabetes." -Solomon

"These two kids I know, these two brothers. They murdered their parents. They both claim to be raised as Jehovah Witnesses. They came to school in really nice shorts and polished tennis sneakers. And their shirts were always collared with buttons, and their hair was always slicked back. And their teeth were always brushed, and their shirts and pants were always ironed, and their shoes were never scuffed up or anything like that. They seemed to have a wonderful life. I don't know what went wrong." - Solomon

Love Masters of the Universe but it's not something I collect and with the size of this show I had to go as fast as possible to see as much stuff as I could.....7 buildings and like 800 tables is just insane to try and get thru =)
