If the women that were hired have the same opinions and backgrounds as the former men, this will NOT lead to greater diversity of opinion, and therefore NOT to better outcomes. So, stop the dogmatic and politically inspired gender politics. It is absurd. What matters is freedom of speech and an open communication culture. This cultural change - in combination with hiring people from different backgrounds - will lead to diversity of opinion and better decision-making.
