In this video I'll discuss the thing we radon mitigators dread the most. As a bonus I'll also show you how to get away with mounting a radon fan on the front of a house. Right, smack, dab- in the middle.

This came at the perfect time. I'm about to do one built in the 40's. All dirt under the slab. Thanks for the tips!

Best of luck with it. I like using the 5" core bit so I have room to work the hole. High suction fan for sure.

I’m a tech in Pennsylvania, any house built before like 1988 most likely doesn’t have gravel. It stinks.

Thanks Pride Mechanical 😀. I'm a washed up rock' n' roll guitar player who likes to play around on Garage Band. Lots of fun. I appreciate you watching.

Has anyone ever tried pressurizing the basement rather than sucking a vacuum under the slab?

Why do the arear of high radon have the lowest cases of lung cancer?

The EPA number is too low. More than 10pc is the time to think about it.
