Straight up. LAN tournaments hit different. Love seeing the players go wild after a win. Clay and Dashy are some of my favs to watch turn up after winning a map/series.

I think Vegas's recent upset on LA in Major 3 was INSANE.. The whole start of that hardpoint was LA just beating them up pretty much, outslaying and of course getting insane amounts of hill time and the fact Vegas came back from that and won the series against LA as well is freaking goated IMO. Love the passion still from Clay!

Video idea / suggestion: THE STORY OF OPTIC. The origin story, scump/nade blow-up in bo2, beef and xgames in ghosts, the story of the dynasty, the buyout and rebirth of optic texas, scump leaving and a new dynasty being born (?? yet to be seen). Would be a beautiful video.

Because of the circumstances and tft EG had single digits to win like that, I think the eU/EG one is still better than the Legion one. But the Legion one was absolutely insane.

100%. That match had the highest implications of all the other matches since it was in winners at champs. If EU loses that map they likely don’t win champs.

I wonder if they turn off the sbmm for cdl matches cause alotbof comebacks this year and people have some theories like hit detection and footsteps get worse for a team stomping the other

There's no SBMM in LAN games, they're essentially private matches. Those theories aren't proven by any means either. Shoddy hit detection could easily be server issues/refresh rate and the footstep audio is just bad and inconsistent to begin with.
