See I am a ms dhoni and Rohit fan since 2013(dono equal hai mere liye so no bias ness from me and I support mi since 2013) So first thing I don't judge a player or team by their stats wo history hai present pe judge karta hoon so who is better captain let's start 1) parameter is consistency ms dhoni has benn consistent captain whether they lose or win playoffs mein jate the so score 1-0 2) parameter field placement and strategy like ms dhoni isme bhi winner bcz 90% time jo plan karte hai work karta rohit ka 70% mann sakte ho score 2-0. 3) performance in final Dhoni ne jitne final jeete hai utne hi hare hai whereas rohit undefeated so score 2-1 4) parameter success gain in less time this goes to Rohit 8 season 5 trophies dhoni 14 season then he won 5th trophy so score 2-2 5) this will decide who is better and the parameter is... Who brings best out of youngsters isme to dono equal hai to ye to tie ho gaya so agar mujhe gold medal for best captain dena ho to I would break it in two parts and give to Dhoni and Rohit

Dhoni reached his team to the finals for 10 times and brought 5 trophies and reached playoffs in almost every season . Whereas rohit sharma reached his team to the finals for 5 times and most of the time eliminated in playoffs, and he also didn't have any icc trophies
