Yeah, the insult of the Grich’s soul was nothing I heard before besides the song. Also the seasick crocodile part is like a genuine insult that could hurt someone if it wasn’t sang. Also the doxing of that version of the Grinch doesn’t even do anything, he was considered a myth or had some kind of legend involving him previously to coming down the mountain since there two people at is house to see if he was real or something like that. Also the house’s entrance was up a mountain so he probably only got that address after the ending of the movie. Additionally those nuts probably rolled down that mountain or the Grinch already saw them.

@@BloodPump yes, regrettably with his talent his music does not do him Just. Underground is his only real big hit and even that can be attributed to the movie Robots. The man is a legend but I personally don’t think many of his song are that great. I respect other peoples opinions though and others can like his music I just don’t think he is great at composing music but shout rather use his talent in other people’s music. Just as the player does not make the music but is talented enough to make the beautiful sound that is required by the music.

@@minimillett5122 Have you tried his piano ballad era with songs like Martha or Lonely? He's got quit a few songs with a more typical composition style and the lyrics are more tender and melodic. I also really like the album Alice, with the title track being some of the most vivid poetry put to tape. Lovely backing track as well.

@@story_marc Coleydoesthings explains it better than I do, but basically “You’re a Mean One, Mr.Grinch” in the 1966 film was sung by Thurl Ravenscroft - aka the voice actor for Tony the Tiger. If you listen to the lyrics, it sounds like they had a bad breakup and Tony the Tiger wrote a breakup song.

This song accurately describes my next door neighbors. They always block my easement with bricks, which damage my car, and took my parents to criminal court over nothing. We lost like over 10 grand and my college funds because of them. Im thinking of playing this in my car speakers next time I drive by.
