ESAM used a minecart to go leftward, TNT to stall the fall, and a nice elytra trick to get up to the platform.

It's not disrespectful. If KirbyKid made a comeback all he had to do was switch back. On top of that the character switch itself is a mix-up and it's not like ESAM didn't spend hours in the lab with Steve. I watched him master one of the combos he pulled off so it's not like his Steve wasn't ready for the big stage.
