THE GRIND, A SUNSHINE COAST CHOP RIDE??

Tune in for episode 1 of the Australian CHOP series.
This weekend I was up in the Sunshine Coast and riding with the Moo Cru. They have been running the Moo Cru bunch rides forever now, and 'The Grind' is pretty notorious on the Sunny Coast as lots of NRS riders live up here when they are not away for racing season. I rode with B group, it starts out cruisey for the first 20 km and then its all on. A group goes left and B group goes right, B averaged about 40kph on the 30 km return.

Great video! I’d recommend a gillet with a two way zipper.. it’s very easy to cool down by opening from the bottom and getting cool air on the tummy 👍🏻 looking forward to more videos!

Funnily enough it had a two way zipper, I wanted to be more aero so had it done up so it didn’t flap in the wind 😂😂 gotta pay the price for aero. More to come!

be careful when cycling early in the morning m8. I've cycled when it was pitch black, only light source was the bike light. Broke my collarbone as I didn't notice a chicken trying to cross and I flew off my bike 🤣😭

Bars I am running are the Wilier Filante Integrated Bars. I believe they are 43/44cm wide and stem is about 130mm - linked below ccache.cc/products/wilier-filante-integrated-carbon-handlebar
