The GT1-98 tearing up the ice at the F.A.T. Ice Race in Aspen

Over a jam-packed weekend in the Aspen Mountains, we met up with the Porsche Museum team at the inaugural F.A.T. Ice Race in America to experience the deafening roar of the one-of-a-kind GT1-98. The Le Mans-winning racecar was there with its original team and driver Stéphane Ortelli, tearing up the ice as it flexed its muscles in front of an eager crowd. Flown in by the Porsche Museum just for the occasion, the GT1-98 was serviced by the same team of mechanics who worked on the car during its Le Mans days.

Pero sobre todo dejar que lo conduzcan sólo pilotos como Stéphane Ortelli o Mark Webber, y no el perfecto desconocido que se estrelló en Goodwood y arruinó el bodywork que ganó las 24 Horas de Le mans en 1998. Una verdadera lástima y desatino de Porsche.

Thanks to porsche My first favourite car was the porsche panamera 2021 that car bring back memorys of my childhood i like it because is looks nicely made and very royal detail but now i like porsche gt1, taycan and 1992 porsche 911 turbo i always wanted to go germany because of the porsche museum like yeah.i like the gt1 is like i Love it so much f1 race car team formula 1.porsche thanks i love your cars go, keep it up guys. Im loving alot, pleas dont stop next time in the future!

Reusing? That GT-1 debuted in 1998 so it's wearing the headlights of the 996, aka: the new 911 of the time. PS: 2002 911s had different headlights than this car anyway.

Freundlichen glückwünsche, aber I have a business proposition. Watched a video on your new 911 S/T and realized you could sell a gearbox only, for adult children to play around with, and pretend to be a racing driver. You could even couple it to a video game so that someone can drive a porsche 911 S/T in say Granturismo and have a real gearbox by their side. Just some digital switches inside and money! Send a percentage of the extra revenue to us, and we will invest it wisely. Grüß Gott!
