when u Flipp the axel like this ! I have done on my similar setup , u will also find that the departure angle to launch the tinny into the water increases as the boats bow will lift slightly higher .

@@brentmcd12 G'day Brent, yes we definitely noticed that we had to back it in further. Some pros and cons to doing a axle flip, but atleast it got us out of trouble 🤣. Thanks for the support 👍.
