The Hail Mary in French (prayer text below) | This is an educational video that teaches learners of the French language how to prayer the Hail Mary in French. This video is divided into two parts: In the first part of the video, the Hail Mary is recited in French at a regular speed; and in the second half, the Hail Mary is recited in French at a slow speed in order to stress and emphasize word pronunciations for learners. In both parts of the video, the words of the Hail Mary prayer are posted in both French and English.

Je vous salue, Marie,
pleine de grâce,
Le Seigneur est avec vous.
Vous êtes bénie entre toutes les femmes
et Jésus,
le fruit de vos entrailles,
est béni.
Sainte Marie, mère de Dieu,
priez pour nous, pécheurs,
maintenant et à l’heure de notre mort. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou, amoung women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us, sinners,

When praying the sign of the cross the first "et" is omitted the written is correct but it is not spoken

OK, I learned this in the 4th grade but ours said "Pray for us poor sinners", and I don't know how to spell it. Pauvres pecheurs? It sounds like "pove peshair". Only difference. Funny to see what the words look like, especially "Maintenant".

There's slight variances in many prayers. Some people say "Blessed are thou" while others say "Blessed are you". In the Our Father, some people say "Forgives us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us" while others say "Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors".
