Unbelievable how hard you and all the contributors are. Since the first video i have seen from you (riding with Adiletten) i cheer you up. I was one time at the Sahara and i know how hard the sun and dhe dust are. Great race, Alina. Fetter Respekt.

Congratulations, what a monster mental effort! I've not ridden my bike in the desert but I was contracted to do search and rescue for an ultra-marathon and the desert does strange things to your brain. Did you find that time seemed to pass both slowly and very fast at the same time?

Bleeding is a symptom of extreme exhaustion, washed out minerals, salt etc. So take a lot of Magnesium and Potasium1000-2000mg daily, and add sea salt into water and food.
