I have to be honest, Brandon Sanderson isn't my favourite author (largely because I feel his language could be better) but he is certainly the author for whom I have the greatest respect. If Rothfuss or Martin had half Sanderson's work ethic they would likely not be as stressed out as they are now. Sanderson's discipline and genuine humility make him a rare jewel.

That would work for my schedule 🤣 Or perhaps a similar Lord of the Rings additional read through (for those of us that have not read it)...whooooeeee...I just had a medical procedure this morning and I am waking up from anesthesia...I’m living my best life this morning!

Not even a month passed and Brandon wrote almost 50% of W&W 4. It's going pretty well.

I feel your pain. One does not simply pick up a Brandon Sanderson book for a short READ.

At this point I think the only thing keeping us safe from a Brandonpocalypse where infinite amounts of text flows out and drowns the world is the editing process

I think, and he has often said this, Brandon is just really planning ahead. He knows what needs to be in the book, plans the story arch and then just need to write it down. Did write ,y masters thesis with this methods in about 3 weeks

*Realizing that Sanderson writes faster than you can read* is to readers what *realizing that space is expanding too quickly for us to ever see it all* is to scientists and existentialists.

You can't recite all the text within his books backward, in order of release, in under 12 hours, while simultaneously reading his latest works? PATHETIC.
